2. Appearance cleaning and maintenance

Regularly clean the impurities and soil around the oil cylinder cover to prevent damage to the piston rod of the oil cylinder due to excessive soil and other debris. If the oil cylinder leaks, it will cause difficulty or failure in steering;? Regularly clean the impurities and soil around the ventilation plug to prevent blockage of the ventilation plug due to debris such as soil. Blocking the ventilation plug will cause an increase in the internal air pressure of the front drive axle, which can easily cause damage to various seals;? Regularly clean the impurities and soil around the oil cup. Blocking the oil cup will result in the inability to add lubricating grease.

3. Filling of lubricating oil (grease)

? Regularly check the lubricating oil level inside the front drive axle, and promptly replenish the lubricating oil if the level drops.

a. Lubricating oil model: N100D hydraulic transmission dual purpose oil;

b. Inspection and replacement cycle: After every 200h of operation, the oil level should be checked to prevent abnormal wear of the gears caused by the reduction of lubricating oil. After every 800h of operation, the lubricating oil should be replaced.

c. Inspection and replacement of lubricating oil method: (1) Central position: ① During inspection, ensure that the front drive axle is in a horizontal position and the lubricating oil is in a stable state. If there is lubricating oil flowing out by unscrewing plug A, it indicates that the lubricating oil level meets the usage requirements. If there is no lubricating oil flowing out, please add it in a timely manner until there is lubricating oil flowing out of plug A; ② When replacing, unscrew plug B and drain the dirty oil before tightening. Add lubricating oil from plug hole C until a small amount of lubricating oil flows out from plug A, and then tighten each plug. (2) End drive: ① During inspection, the front wheel should be turned to place plug D in a horizontal position. Screw out the plug, and the oil level should reach the plug hole. If there is no lubricating oil flowing out, please add it in a timely manner until there is lubricating oil flowing out of the plug hole. ② When replacing the lubricating oil, the hub should be turned so that the oil drain plug D is in the * * * low position. Remove the oil drain plug and drain the dirty oil. Rotate the hub again to make the plug port horizontal, and add new lubricating oil to the plug port.
